It’s safe to say that Edin Dzeko took his time acclimatising to Italian football. Hailed as the final piece of a Giallorosso jigsaw and ready to tackle Juventus on his arrival from Manchester City in August 2015, last season the Bosnian ended up one of biggest disappointments anywhere in Europe. He managed just eight goals in 34 appearances and a collection of embarrassing misses that would shame Rocky Baptiste.
