Miralem Pjanic could ‘become one of the best in the world’ at Juve – Allegri
Massimiliano Allegri will use Miralem Pjanic in a deeper role than the 26-year-old played in at Roma.
Miralem Pjanic has the ability to be the best deep-lying playmaker in the world, according to Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri.
The Bianconeri played out a 2-2 friendly draw with Espanyol on Saturday, with Allegri trying out his players in a number of new positions — including the Bosnia and Herzegovina international, who signed from Roma in June.
Like Hernanes — who joined Juventus the previous summer — Allegri plans to use Pjanic in a deeper, Andrea Pirlo-like role than he played at Roma.
