Ladislav Krejci start in all three of Czech Republic’s games at Euro 2016.

Czech Republic midfielder Ladislav Krejci has agreed to move from Sparta Prague to Serie A side Bologna.

Both clubs confirmed the signing on Thursday, but details of the transfer are undisclosed.

Krejci, 24, has joined Bologna “on a permanent basis,” and the club say they consider Krejci to be “one of the most interesting talents born in the 1990s to come out of Eastern Europe.”

The Czech international leaves Sparta after seven seasons, during which he made 123 first-team appearances and scored 25 goals.

Krejci has played 26 times for the Czech Republic national team and was a starter in all three group-stage matches at the European Championship in France.
