Italy have beaten Spain 2-0 at Euro 2016, to stop La Roja from winning their third consecutive European Championship in France.

Goals from Giorgio Chiellini and Graziano Pelle put the gloss on a stunning performance, and new Chelsea boss Antonio Conte – who is currently in charge of the national team – was beyond thrilled as Southampton man Pelle sealed the win in added time.

It certainly came as a contrast to a little earlier in the afternoon though, as he booted the ball away in frustration as Italy were put under the cosh by the now former European champions, who won the tournament in both 2008 and 2012.

Got a feeling he won’t be so angry at this point, though…
