Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan unlikely to join Chelsea

ESPN FC’s Steve Nicol believes there’s a 50-50 chance N’Golo Kante and Radja Nainggolan join Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.

BORDEAUX — Belgium midfielder Radja Nainggolan looks likely to reject a big-money move to Chelsea and stay at Roma after admitting he is happy to to stay in Italy.
Speaking at Belgium’s Euro 2016 training camp in Bordeaux, Nainggolan admitted to reporters that his agent and club had been in talks with Chelsea, but said he has promised Roma president James Pallotta he will stay on at the Stadio Olimpico.
“I said to him I love where I am playing so why not stay?” the 28-year-old said.
